Universal Air Filter will ensure transparency through the UAF supply chains for all goods country of origin. Training is provided to appropriate individuals on supply chain environmental and social issues, and we ensure vendors are upholding workplace standards and behavoir consistent with UAF requirements
UAF treats vendors as partners and works closely with them to deliver products and services in accordance with CSR policies. UAF encourages vendors to adopt responsible business policies and best practices for sustainability, and documented environmental and social assessments are included as part of new vendor qualification. Where appropriate,vendor specifications will include UAF requirements for a fully sustainable supply chain.
UAF is committed to the welfare and working conditions of vendor employees throughout the supply chain. Vendors must meet or exceed industry recognized standards, and will apply vendor pressure as necessary to ensure all vendors conduct business operations in a socially responsible manner, including environmentally-friendly products and respectful treatment of employees.
