Polyfold industrial air filters are excellent for general purpose filtration where high dust-holding capacity and low resistance are important. Uni-Foam and Quadrafoam™ media are used for permanent, cleanable filter applications. Polyester media is used in disposable filter applications.

Framed Filters +/-.06″ length & width, +/-.03″ thickness

Quadrafoam™ filter media is available in all frame models in various pore sizes (25 through 45 PPI Green and 10 through 80 PPI Gray and Black).

Quadrafoam II™ filter media is available in all frame models in various pore sizes (10 through 45 PPI Gray and Black).

Unifoam filter media is available in all frame models in various pore sizes (25 through 45 PPI Green and 10 through 80 PPI Black).

Polyester media is available in all frame models in various thickness configurations UFM-25 (0.25″), UFM-50 (0.50″) and UFM-100 (1.0″).

Metal Mesh media consists of layers of aluminum slit and expanded into various thickness grades including 0.25″ and 0.50″.

Uni-Foam and Quadrafoam™ media are used for permanent type cleanable filter applications, polyester media is used when a disposable filter is most appropriate, metal mesh media is used for low/coarse efficiency applications where a permanent type cleanable filter is desired. After the media and the Uni-Grid support are bonded into one unit, they are mechanically formed into gently rolling pleats, with no areas of tension and minimum distortion. This produces an even flow of air throughout the entire extended area of the filter. Results are lower air flow resistance and a much greater dust holding capacity.

Roll formed into a strong sturdy one-piece channel, using .040″ thick, 3000 series aluminum. Frame is tightly fitted to filter media and fastened with two aluminum rivets. The UL listing, model number and air flow direction are roll imprinted into the frame. Part number is metal stamped into frame for quick, accurate identification.

Expanded on our specially designed Uni-Grid equipment, using .040″ thick, 3000 series aluminum. Uni-Grid expanded aluminum is approximately 85% open to lower resistance.
