Flex-Frame air filters use flexible, flame retardant, polypropylene plastic frames.  The frames are laser cut to specification allowing virtually any frame profile to meet the needs of the most unique and challenging applications.  Flex-Frame air filters are the ideal solution where installation obstructions require a flexible filter frame or an electrically a non-conductive frame.  The product line meets the stringent filtration and flammability requirements of Telcordia NEBS, CE and UL.

Flex-Frame Filters +/-.03″ length & width, +/-.06″ thickness

Flex-Frame filters are available with Quadrafoam filter media in various pore sizes (20 through 45 PPI Green and 10 through 80PPI Gray or Black), and various thicknesses (.13 to 1.00 inches). Frame thicknesses range from .03 to .125 inches. A solvent-resistant, two-part epoxy bonding material is used to securely unite frame and filter media making them inseparable.

Cleanable black, gray or green Quadrafoam is specified for Flex-frame air filters. Quadrafoam is an open cell polyurethane foam specially coated to meet UL 94 HF-1. It features deep loading, large dust holding capacity and low air resistance.

Black polypropylene is rated UL 94V-0. Frames are manufactured using an innovative “frame-n-pane” design that integrates the frame and a series of crossing, reinforcing intermediates that provide media support. Pane sizes and frame thickness are customized to the equipment’s needs.
