Framed Filter Tolerances

• Model FF/ME/PE/PV/SP (Roll Channel) Filters:  
  • Length & Width:  +/- 0.06” (1.5mm) 
  • Thickness:  +/- 0.03” (0.75mm)
• Model FS (Windowpane) Filters:  
  • Length, Width, & Thickness:  +/- 0.03” (0.75mm)
• Model FL (Flex Frame) Filters:  
  • Length & Width:  +/- 0.03” (0.75mm) 
  • Thickness:  +/- 10% (minimum 0.03″ / 0.75mm)

Pad Filter Tolerances

• Quadrafoam and Uni-Foam Pad Filters:
  • Length & Width:  +/- 1% (minimum 0.06” / 1.5mm) 
  • Thickness:  +/- 10% (minimum 0.03” / 0.75mm)
• Polyester and Rigid Pad Filters:
  • Length & Width:  +/- 2% (minimum 0.12” / 3.0mm)
  • Thickness:  Nominal (Set by manufacturer)
