Polyester air filters offer high dust arrestance and low resistance when installed in
electronics,
computer,
telecom,
datacom,
medical and general purpose equipment – where disposable filters are most appropriate. Some models are specially designed for equipment with limited space. Polyester filters are flame retardant and meet UL 94 HF-1 standards for electronics, NEBS compliant and motor vehicle applications. Available in framed filter assemblies or cut-to-size filter pads.

Media Polyester media is a non-woven, non-migrating, synthetic material with ASHRAE dust arrestance to 90%. Advanced technology manufacturing equipment is used to produce a media of high quality, uniformity and excellent filtering performance. Polyester media is flame retardant and listed UL 94 HF-1, and UL 900 Class 2. Polyester media is sandwiched between two Uni-Grid supports, making it inseparable after assembly.

Frame Roll formed into a strong sturdy one-piece channel, using .025" thick, 3000 series aluminum. Frame is tightly fitted to filter media and fastened with an aluminum rivet. The UL listing, model number and air flow direction are roll imprinted into the frame. Part number is metal stamped into frame for quick, accurate identification.
Uni-Grid Support Expanded on our specially designed Uni-Grid equipment, using .040" thick, 3000 series aluminum. Uni-Grid expanded aluminum is approximately 85% open to lower resistanc. Polyester filters use Uni-Grid support on both sides.
